No. It's a cosmetic and relaxation device, not a medical treatment, and results vary from person to person. If you have an eye condition, have had recent eye surgery, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or other implanted device, check with your GP or optician before use.
Can I use it lying down?
Yes. The adjustable strap keeps it in place, so you can use it lying back in bed or on the sofa.
Can I wear it with glasses or contact lenses?
Please remove glasses and contact lenses before use, and keep your eyes closed while you wear it.
How do I charge it?
With the USB cable in the box, from any standard USB plug or laptop port. Charge it fully before your first session.
Can I buy one as a gift?

When will my order arrive?
