Our story

Made for the hour after the shift.

Alithera was started by a Healthcare Assistant who knows a particular kind of tired: twelve hours of strip lighting, a body that's been lifting and leaning all night, and a sky that's already light when you get home.

Everything we sell is a small thing to reach for afterwards. Warmth for your shoulders, rest for your eyes, darkness to sleep in. We chose it for our colleagues first, and for anyone who works while others sleep.

Which Alithera product is right for me?

To ease a stiff neck and shoulders, the Heated Shiatsu Neck & Shoulder Massager. To rest tired eyes hands-free, the Red Light Eye Massager. To sleep through the day, the Daytime Sleep Mask. Are these medical devices?

No. They're relaxation and cosmetic products, and results vary from person to person. If you have a medical condition, have had recent eye surgery, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or other implant, check with your GP or optician first.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

UK delivery is free on orders over £50, otherwise £5.99. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. The Neck & Shoulder Massager, Foot Massager, Mini Massage Gun and Sleep Mask ship from UK warehouses and usually arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch. Other items usually arrive 5–8 working days after dispatch. Everything is tracked. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it. Read the returns policy.

Do you offer an NHS discount?

Yes. NHS staff get 10% off with the code NHS10 at checkout. Codes can't be combined with other offers, so checkout applies whichever saving is bigger.

How do I power the devices?

The Red Light Eye Massager, Mini Massage Gun and Daytime Sleep Mask are rechargeable by USB. The Neck & Shoulder Massager and Foot Massager run from the mains with the included UK plug. Follow the user manual that comes with each product.
