Orders and delivery
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £50, and £5.99 on orders under £50. Every UK order is tracked.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days. UK delivery then usually takes a further 5–8 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We can deliver some products to selected countries. Options and costs are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll update or cancel it and refund you in full.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Change-of-mind returns need to be unused and in their original packaging, and skincare (eye patches and eye cream) must be unopened. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace or refund it. Read the full returns policy.
How do I start a return?
Email Alithera90@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

What is the Night Shift Kit?
The Red Light Eye Massager and a pack of 6 Hydrating Eye Patches together for £69.99, instead of £86.98 bought separately. Add both to your bag, or tap "Get the Night Shift Kit" on the massager page, and the kit price applies automatically. It also qualifies for free UK delivery.
Do you offer an NHS discount?
Yes. NHS staff get 10% off with the code NHS10 at checkout.
Are there multi-buy offers?
Yes. Buy 2 of the same item and save 10%, or buy 3 and save 15%. On the Red Light Eye Massager, buy 3 and save 25%. Offers apply automatically in your bag. Offers and discount codes can't be combined, so checkout applies whichever saving is bigger.

Which product is right for me?
Red Light Eye Massager: a hands-free mask with red light and vibration, for switching off at home.
Red Light Eye & Face Device: red light and gentle EMS for the eyes, face or both.
Micro-current Eye Pen: a slim pen with warmth, micro-current, vibration and a 360° rotating head.
Compact EMS Eye Device: gentle EMS micro-current with three intensity levels.
Eye patches and Eye Cream Stick: pair with any device, or use on their own.
Are these medical devices?
No. They are cosmetic and relaxation products, and results vary from person to person. If you have an eye or skin condition, have had recent eye surgery, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or other implanted device, check with your GP or optician before use.
How do I charge the devices?
Our devices are rechargeable. Charge fully before first use and follow the user manual that comes in the box.
Payment and security
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify and every payment is encrypted. We never see or store your full card details.

Alithera is an independent brand based in London, started by a Healthcare Assistant who wanted something simple for tired eyes after long shifts.
